Universal Display Corporation(UDC) の開発した最新の有機 EL ディスプレイは、なんと厚さ 50 ミクロンです。OLED もついにここまで来ましたか！

寿命も既存のものより長く、1,000 時間を超えるそうです。1,000 時間ではまだまだ足りない気もしますが、とにかくこの薄さは驚異的です。なにせ紙より薄いんですから。

UDC is saying they have produced an ultra-thin flexible OLED display. The entire thing is less than 50 micrometer!
